YOCSEF held third meeting at night of July 2nd at CCF, the Executive Chairmen of first forum, AC Chairmen and part of AC members took part in the meeting.

Attendees: Zide, Weixing, Mingshu, Hong Mei, Xiangdong, Ying Jiang, Yuanchun Shi, Baisu Huang, Guisi Wang and Tieniu. The meeting was hosted by Mingshu, Weixing and Zide.

1. Four more AC members are recommended, they are: Guisi Wang (from North China Institute of Computing Technology), Ying Jiang (female, from Software Institute, CAS), Baisu Huang (female, From PKU Jade Bird Software Co.) and Yuanchun Shi (female, From Tsinghua Uni.).

2. The first forum will be held at Friendship Palace of Beijing Friendship Hotel on 22 of August from 8:30 to 17:00.

3. The detailed program for first forum including ceremony was discussed (will be shown by Weixing and Mingshu).

4. The theme and topics were discussed in quite detail and mostly confirmed: one theme and three topics (will be given by Mingshu and Weixing later on soon).

5. Around 15 experts will be invited to have a talk on 30 of July from 14:00 to night at CCF, for preparing the forum, from them about six persons will be selected as panelists (still no Chinese name for that).

6. It decided that the YOCSEF will hold another two academic report: September 25 (Friday) and October 23 (Friday), both are from 14:00 to 17:30. Madam Yuanchun Shi will be responsible for September and Tieniu for October. Topics and speakers are to be determined.

7. The second forum, i.e. on November 21 (Saturday) will hosted by Baisu and Weiqing, the theme is also to be settled.

8. All AC members have duty to give the theme and topics for second forum (please communicate with other AC members).

9. Xiangdong will be responsible for Internet Namelist for all AC members and also for website of CCF.

10. YOCSEF likes to host CCF International Conference for Young Computer Scinentists and other conference (to be determined later on).
