1.  Nov. 21, part of AC members had a short meeting for preparing next forum. Tieniu, Mingshu, Jiang Ying, Zhiwei, Guisi, Weixing, Xiangdong, Mei Hong ,baisu and Zide were invited, but Weixing, Xiangdong, Mei Hong and baisu didn’t attend, because of some urgent business.

2.  Because of some reasons, the forum on Nov. 21 will be postponed to Dec. 5 (Saturday), from 9:00-15:00.

3.  The KN speakers have to be invited further, Zhiwei, Baisu, Tieniu and Zide will be for this.

4.  On Dec. 12, YOCSEF AC will have a plenary session in Beijing, making a conclusion for 1998, confirming the year plan in 1999, discussing other issues.

5.  For some AC members normally don’t attend AC meeting and YOCSEF activities, more AC members are needed for next year work. Hope every AC member recommend new AC member candidates as soon as possible.

6.  For next forum, more attendees have to be invited and qualified carefully, every AC member should recommend more attendees beyond his narrow scope.
